Skills Evaluation Programs 

We have formal processes and tools to help you measure and improve the OO skill base in your development organizations. After an initial skills evaluation snapshot, we can put your staff on the fast-track to Expert in key categories such as Java, J2EE, OOAD, Testing, and Process Best Practices through a customized learning program consisting of hands-on mentoring, training, and/or directed self-learning exercises. We can conduct follow-up evaluations as needed to ensure that each employee is on track to meet their individual skills development goals.
